These amazing cupcakes were recently produced by a group of Year 10 students in their Food Technology class.


The students were studying the design process and garnishing including piping and decorating techniques using a range of materials such as buttercream, fruits, fondants and chocolate.


They were challenged by Food Tech teacher, Natalie Murray to independently produce and creatively present six cupcakes reflecting any theme of their choice.


These cupcakes were their first attempt to meet the brief and the results were outstanding.
