Delicious desserts

Year 12 Food Technology students have been busy in the kitchen over the past weeks creating delicious food in order to complete their portfolios for their final assessments.


 

Students have been required to produce food associated with a theme eg vegan, deconstructed food etc and, as a result, a wide range of marvelous creations have been produced. 

 

Deconstructed lamingtons and tiramisu, raspberry and white chocolate tarts and perfect pavlovas are just a some of the wonderful desserts that have been produced.

 

 

The Perfect Pavlova, crisp on the outside, melting marshmallow within, topped with berries & drifts of Persian Floss.
