Leadership and Student Voice
As the Executive Principal for Box Hill Senior Secondary College, I am committed to supporting all staff in their instructional and leadership development so that all of our students are supported to become resilient, creative and confident members of our learning community. We highly value student voice and provide students with on-going opportunities to build their understanding of the importance of social responsibility, planning for success, personal leadership, being active members of their community and in positively overcoming the challenges presented to them.
Our school zone is available on findmyschool.vic.gov.au which hosts the most up-to-date information about Victorian school zones. Students residing in this zone are guaranteed a place at our school, which is determined on the basis of your permanent residential address. The Department provides guidance through the Placement Policy to ensure that students have access to their designated neighbourhood school and the freedom to choose other schools, subject to facility or program limitations. We also encourage students outside of our local enrolment zone to consider us as a potential school of choice and we welcome international student enrolments to join our school community.
I look forward to meeting you as part of a College tour, where we can discuss the pathways of opportunity and success for all students here at Box Hill Senior Secondary College.
